DISPATCH & DELIVERY TURNAROUND

Order processing & dispatch takes approximately 3-5 business days.

Shipping takes approximately 7-14 business days from dispatch. This includes items sent directly from our overseas warehouse & International suppliers.

Please note; items within your order may be dispatched in separate parcels as we ship some products directly from our suppliers.

MISSING AN ITEM

When ordering multiple items your order may arrive in separate parcels as some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or occasionally our warehouse may part-ship an order if there is a short delay on an item within your order.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Once you place your order online we cannot alter, exchange or refund the order whilst in processing. If you wish to exchange your items once received please refer to our exchanges & returns policy for further information.

Unfortunately from time to time extended delays can occur in production or transit which are out of our control. If you have not received all of your items within 4 weeks of placing your order please contact our customer service team via email hello@tillyandmilly.au

We recommend sizing up a size if you are unsure, please note measurements may vary slightly for items that are the same size as we source stock from a range of suppliers.
