We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@tillyandmilly.au. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases or if the incorrect size is ordered – in this instance you would be eligible for a store credit once the items are returned.

If you are requesting a refund due to a faulty item you must attach supporting photo evidence to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@tillyandmilly.au.

Please ensure the correct address is entered when ordering as any customer input errors that result in your parcel going to the wrong address will not be eligible for a refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you wish to return or exchange items due to change of mind or incorrect sizing a store credit will be issued to the same value once your items have been returned and inspected.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item/s unless the product is deemed faulty due to no fault of your own.

Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return. If your return does not adhere to the requirements it may be sent back at an additional cost to the customer.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Once you place your order online we cannot alter, exchange or refund the order whilst it is processing. If you wish to exchange your items once received please refer to our exchanges & returns policy above for further information.
