DISPATCH & DELIVERY
At Tilly & Milly, we are committed to getting your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
To ensure that you receive your products in a timely manner, we may use a combination of shipping from our in-house inventory and shipping directly from overseas warehouses and suppliers. This allows us to offer a wide selection of products while still getting them to you in a timely manner.
Orders are processed within approx 3-5 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Please note that order processing may take longer during sale & holiday periods.
Delivery takes approximately 7-14 days after dispatch for internationally supplied products.
Please note that delivery times may vary based on the shipping method and destination. We do our best to provide accurate estimated delivery dates, but please keep in mind that these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may be impacted by potential delays during transit or from customs, which are unfortunately out of our control.
MISSING ITEMS
When ordering multiple items your order may arrive in separate parcels as some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or occasionally our warehouse may part-ship an order if there is a delay on an item within your order. Please refer to the delivery confirmation email for steps to obtain a second tracking number, or contact our team at hello@tillyandmilly.au.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Once you place your order online we cannot alter, exchange or refund the order whilst processing. If you wish to exchange your items once received, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further information.
